Recurring costs (your instance subscription and model usage) are paid directly to the provider; we itemise them before you start. This is pilot pricing: the process is still being validated.

We aren’t tied to any vendor. Today we build each agent on Hermes Agent, by Nous Research, because it fits what we promise: memory, scheduled tasks and a separate instance per client. If it stops being the right tool for your case, we use another.
AGENT
A Hermes Cloud instance just for you, with its own memory, sessions, scheduled tasks and credentials. Nothing is shared with other clients.
ACCOUNT & BILLING
The Nous Portal account and the subscription are in your name. You pay for infrastructure and usage directly; we don’t resell capacity.
CHANNEL
Telegram, with a dedicated bot whose credentials are yours. You talk to your agent like any other contact.
CONTROL & DATA
Human approval on sensitive actions, minimal permissions, and export or deletion of your data whenever you want.

- Do I need to know about AI?
- No. You talk to your agent on Telegram, like an assistant. Setup is on us, and at handover we teach you what you need.
- Can it get things wrong?
- Yes. AI models make mistakes. That’s why anything that sends something on your behalf needs your approval first, and for 14 days we fix faults within the agreed scope.
- What happens to my data?
- The account, the instance and the data are in your name, separate from any other client. The agent only accesses what you authorise, and you can export or delete it. We don’t work with health data.
- Is there a minimum term?
- There’s no subscription with us: the pilot is a one-off payment. Your instance subscription is yours, with the provider, and you manage it. Consumers can cancel within 14 days; see the terms on the legal page.
